OptiRest™ 30-Day Comfort Guarantee

We want you to love your OptiRest™ experience. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.

Returns You may return your OptiRest™ Heated Eye Massager within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

To initiate a return, email us at optirest.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Items returned after 30 days or without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
